We ask that all EOS clients send us their Core Values Speech. We want to thoroughly understand the core values in order to aggressively screen the candidates for "fit."
Adjust and Enhance
the Job Description
Based on the review of the core values and five roles, we can now adjust the job description to zero in on the perfect candidate(s). That helps EOS clients eliminate wasted time talking with unqualified candidates. This also leads to more efficient recruitment since the target candidate is more clearly defined.

Roles
Each seat on the Accountability Chart has approximately five mission-critical roles for which the new employee will be accountable. Once again, the Action Placements team needs to understand the details of those roles, so we can screen for aptitude and capacity.
