Do you charge a retainer?

Yes, we require a 33.33% ($2,500) on our flat placement fee of $7,500. The remaining 66.66% ($5,000) is paid after 30 days of work from the newly placed candidate.

What do you charge for a new hire placement?

We charge a flat fee of $7.5k for the placement of a new hire.

What types of clients do you work with?

We focus on servicing entrepreneurial companies who know their businesses well and are looking to make strategic, full-time hires to advance and grow their business.

What type of positions do you recruit for?

We will service any open, full-time position you need filled that is not C-Suite or hourly labor.

What industries do you serve?

Currently, we are servicing entrepreneurial companies across Construction, Manufacturing, IT, and are constantly expanding our range of industries served.

Do you staff for contractors AND full-time employees?

We are focused on placing full-time, direct-hire employees and are not servicing contractor positions at this time. Our aim is to bring you talent that will grow with you long term.

What if I need to replace the new employee that you found?

We will backfill the role at no additional cost if the placed candidate does not work out after 30 days of employment with your company.

Why should I work with you instead of one of the large, publicity traded legacy staffing firms?

These companies do not care about the entrepreneur. We specialize in understanding and servicing entrepreneurial businesses, no one else. These legacy staffing firms will not, and cannot, provide you with the same high-touch service you can expect from the Action Placements team unless you hire dozens of contractors each year. Making less frequent, strategic, full-time hires to grow your business will not move the needle on revenue for these companies, so they will allocate their least skilled/tenured resources to work on your account if they choose to work with you at all.

How long have you been in the staffing industry?

I have spent the last seven years in staffing and have hired over 800+ both full-time and contractors across the country. My experience ranges across start-up, mid-sized, to publicly traded, billion-dollar companies where I’ve been the highest performing recruiter on my team in gross revenue, won awards (Rookie of the Year), and been a key contributor to the development and growth of the recruiting and sales departments throughout my career.

You will only be presented with the absolute highest quality of the candidates we screen for you. Our Lights, Camera, Action!* operating system consists of the following steps to ensure quality:

1. Shine a Light

Every successful staffing project starts with a deep and thorough exploration of your business offerings and culture. From detailed profiling of the requirements for each role and analysis of your culture as an organization, we’ll take the time to meet all members of your hiring team to ensure the candidates we present are the ideal fit for your needs and, most importantly, can hit the ground running from day one.

2. Roll Camera

Now, the real work begins (no pun intended). With your role requirements in hand, we’ll leverage every tool in our arsenal to find the perfect candidate for each role. Using our proprietary AI sorting algorithm, we bring clarity to the noise. Only passing to you those candidates who not only meet your background and experience requirements but also fit into your organization's shared culture.

3. ACTION!

After we narrow the field to only those who meet all your requirements, we’ll send you a high-level flash summary highlighting role-relevant qualifications of each candidate in a format guaranteed to take less than three minutes to review. This allows you to quickly determine if a candidate fits your organization's needs and request a formal interview with the candidate. While we are happy to provide as many candidates as it takes to ensure the seat gets filled, we aim to deliver your ideal candidate within the first three candidates we send you to review.
